Preferred Service Agreement!



A preferred service agreement consists of 2 maintenance visits per contract year (one for heating and one for cooling). We will keep your equipment clean and worry free. We can help prevent breakdowns before they happen. We provide 24 hour high priority emergency service. You will also receive a 10% discount on all parts. Seasonal maintenance includes the following:
Cooling System Check and Change Filter (1" normal filter) Lubricate Blower and Bearings Check all bolt condition and tension Set Dampers Turn Off Humidifier/Close Damper Clean condensate drain line Check amp draw of blower motor Check and Calibrate Thermostat Clean and Wash Condenser Check Freon Pressure Check Suction Line Temperature Check all Safety Controls Check and Clean all Contactors and Relays Check Start and Run Capacitors Check Amp draw on Compressor Check Condenser Fan Motor and Oil	Heating System Check and Change Filter (1" normal filter) Check and Clean Burners Lubricate Blower and Bearings Clean Pilot Assembly Check and Calibrate Thermostat Inspect Flue Pipes Inspect Heat Exchanger Inspect all Belts and Tension Check Pressure Switch Check and Clean Flame Sensor Check Inlet and Outlet Gas Pressure Run Carbon Monoxide Test Activate Humidifier and Check Drain Line Check Defrost Timer for Proper Operation on Heat Pumps
